• The vehicle must not be used for unlawful purposes or activities, including racing, rallying, or off-roading. Transporting hazardous materials is prohibited. Sub-letting to unauthorized individuals or allowing unapproved drivers is not allowed. Operating the vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden. Usage should align with the vehicle’s intended design, and passenger or weight limits must not be exceeded. Driving beyond the designated geographical boundaries requires prior authorization.

Breach of these terms may lead to rental cancellation and extra fees.

8. Liability Limitations

Our total liability for any claims will not exceed the amount paid for your rental in the past 12 months.
